Project Description

The producers at eastenders required the design and construction of a new building to be created on albert square.

The community centre position is between the rear of the ‘queen vic’ pub and the ‘arches’ garage, our project was to add a modern and flexible use structure that would both operate as a fully functioning on site centre but also be flexible to operate as a back up studio facility with an operational leveled studio floor for multi camera use.

The new build project was designed with full planning and building regulations approval.
