tujjar (the merchants den)
Following the success of Dragons’ Den as a global brand, we have just completed the design and installation of a new set for our clients in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The requirement was to create an environment similar to the iconic Den set that we created here at Pinewood Studios London but appropriate to local culture. The set uses architectural forms, textures and colours that reflect local traditions and detail.
We were commissioned to design, construct, ship and install the scenery utilizing a mix of our own and local crews. The images show the completed set prior to lighting and during filming of this latest series for Saudi 1 Television based in Jeddah.
The installation was completed over a period of 10 days and arrived on time and on budget.
